Seven patents of Sanskriti University became commercial
मथुरा। संस्कृति विश्वविद्यालय के सात पेटेंट ने व्यावसायिक क्षेत्र में उपस्थिति दर्ज कराई है। औद्योगिक इकाइयां इनपर काम करके नए उत्पादन करेंगी।
बताते चलें कि किसी पेटेंट के रजिस्टर्ड हो जाने के बाद उसका किसी इंडस्ट्री द्वारा खरीद लिया जाना उसके महत्व और उपयोगिता को दर्शाता है। संस्कृति विश्वविद्यालय के हाल ही में दो पेटेंट इंडस्ट्री द्वारा खरीद लिए गए हैं। विवि के कुल सात पेटेंट विभिन्न इंडस्ट्री द्वारा खरीदे जा चुके हैं। संस्कृति विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर एमबी चेट्टी ने इस उपलब्धी की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि किसी पेटेंट को खरीदने वाली इंडस्ट्री पेटेंट का स्वामित्व रखने वाली संस्था को रॉयल्टी भी देती है। इस लिहाज से व्यावसायिक दृष्टि से संस्था के लिए एक स्थाई आमदनी का जरिया बनता है। प्रोफेसर चेट्टी ने बताया कि संस्कृति विश्विद्यालय ने एक और कीर्तिमान हासिल कर राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अपनी अलग पहचान बनाई है। केंद्रीय वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय के उद्योग संवर्धन और आंतरिक व्यापार विभाग से जुड़ी संस्था इंटेलेक्चुयल प्रोपर्टी इंडिया ने वर्ष 2023-24 की सूची जारी करते हुए पेटेंट दाखिल करने वाले विश्वविद्यालयों में संस्कृति विवि को 8वां स्थान दिया। वर्ष 2023-24 में संस्कृति विवि की ओर से पेटेंट कराने के लिए 750 एप्लीकेशन दाखिल की गई हैं, जो किसी भी विवि के लिए एक बहुत बड़ी उपलब्धि है। विवि द्वारा ताजा स्थिति के अनुसार अब तक 3008 पेटेंट दाखिल किए जा चुके हैं, जो बायोटेक्नोलॉजी, केमिस्ट्री, फोरेंसिक साइंस, होम्योपैथी, फिजिक्स, रिहैबिलेशन जैसे महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्रों से जुड़े हैं। संस्कृति विवि के कुलपति प्रो.एमबी चेट्टी ने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालयों एवं शिक्षण संस्थानों का देश की तरक्की में बहुत बड़ा योगदान होता है। विश्व में बौद्धिक संपदा संरक्षण का महत्व तेजी से बढ़ता जा रहा है। यह एक ज्ञान आधारित अर्थव्यवस्था का आधार है। विश्वविद्दालयों द्वारा होने वाली शोध से अर्जित बौद्धिक संपदा का स्वामित्व हासिल करने के लिए पेटेंट कानून के तहत आवेदन किया जाता है। भौतिक धन की तरह बौद्धिक संपदा का स्वामित्व लिया जा सकता है। किसी विवि द्वारा शिक्षण, प्रशिक्षण, अनुसंधान क्षमताओं को मजबूत बनाना और बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकारों में कौशल निर्माण करना महत्वपूर्ण कार्य है। संस्कृति विश्वविद्यालय ने इस कार्य में गंभीरता बरतते हुए विशेष उपलब्धि हासिल की है। आज विवि अपने अनूठे शैक्षणिक कार्यों के लिए देश में अलग पहचान बना चुका है। प्रोफेसर चेट्टी ने बताया कि इसके लिए विवि के शिक्षकों की पूरी टीम बधाई की पात्र है। उन्होंने बताया कि संस्कृति विवि वर्ष 2023-24 में पेटेंट दाखिल करने वालों में उत्तर प्रदेश चौथे स्थान पर है। उत्तर प्रदेश से पांच हजार 779 पेटेंट एप्लीकेशन दाखिल की गई हैं। देश में पहला स्थान तमिलनाडु प्रदेश का है जहां से 9565 एप्लीकेशन दाखिल की गई हैं। प्रो. चेट्टी ने बताया कि संस्कृति विवि द्वारा दाखिल एप्लीकेशंस में अधिकतर मेडिकल साइंस, इंजीनियरिंग, एजूकेशन एवं मैनेजमेंट से संबंधी विषयों की हैं। विवि टीम की मेहनत का फल है ये उपलब्धि: डा.सचिन गुप्ता
संस्कृति विवि के कुलाधिपति डा. सचिन गुप्ता ने हर्ष व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि जब विवि का शिक्षक वर्ग विवि और देश के उत्थान के लिए लगातार मिलकर काम करता है तब ही ऐसी उपलब्धियां हासिल होती हैं। वैसे यह हमारी संतुष्टि की सीमा नहीं है। सारी टीम विवि को देश ही नहीं विश्व स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने के लिए प्रयासरत है। मुझे विश्वास है कि संस्कृति विवि एक दिन दुनिया के विख्यात 100 विवि के मध्य अपना नाम दर्ज कराएगा।

Professor Chetty said that Sanskriti University has made its own identity at the national level by achieving another record. Intellectual Property India, an organization associated with the Department of Industrial Promotion and Internal Trade of the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry, while releasing the list for the year 2023-24, ranked Sanskriti University 8th among the universities filing patents. In the year 2023-24, 750 applications have been filed by Sanskriti University for patents, which is a huge achievement for any university. As per the latest status, 3008 patents have been filed by the university so far, which are related to important fields like biotechnology, chemistry, forensic science, homeopathy, physics, rehabilitation. Sanskriti University Vice Chancellor Prof. MB Chettiar said that universities and educational institutions have a huge contribution in the progress of the country. The importance of intellectual property protection is increasing rapidly in the world. It is the basis of a knowledge-based economy. An application is made under the Patent Act to acquire ownership of intellectual property acquired from research conducted by universities. Intellectual property can be owned like physical wealth. Strengthening teaching, training, research capabilities and building skills in intellectual property rights by a university is an important task. Sanskriti University has achieved special achievement by taking seriousness in this work. Today the university has made a distinct identity in the country for its unique educational work.
Professor Chettiar said that for this the entire team of teachers of the university deserves congratulations. He said that Sanskriti University is at the fourth place in the number of patents filed in the year 2023-24. Five thousand 779 patent applications have been filed from Uttar Pradesh. Tamil Nadu is at the first place in the country from where 9565 applications have been filed. Prof. Chetty said that most of the applications filed by Sanskriti University are related to subjects related to medical science, engineering, education and management.
