मूल रूप से झांसी के रहने वाले रामकुमार ने बताया कि वह विगत कई वर्षों से अपनी पत्नी के साथ वृन्दावन स्थित गोपाल खार के समीप किराए पर कमरा लेकर रह रहा है। जोकि सब्जियों की रेहड़ी लगाकर अपने परिवार का पालन पोषण कर रहा है। उसका आरोप है कि उसके मकान से लगभग 500 मीटर की दूरी पर रहने वाला पवन ठाकुर उसकी पत्नी को तमंचे के बल पर जबरन अगवा कर ले गया है। इस संबंध में वह वृंदावन कोतवाली में तहरीर दे चुका है।पुलिस ने उसकी तहरीर पर गुमदुदगी तो दर्ज कर ली, लेकिन अभी तक उसकी पत्नी का कोई सुराग नहीं लग सका है।पीड़ित पति ने आला अफसरों से उक्त युवक के विरुद्ध सख्त से सख्त कार्यवाही की मांग करते हुए लापता पत्नी की तलाश की गुहार लगाई है।
