लक्सर की एपीटी कंपनी के कर्मचारियों ने अपना मानदेय बढ़ाने की मांग को लेकर कंपनी गेट पर प्रदर्शन किया फिर तहसील मुख्यालय पहुंचकर तहसीलदार प्रताप सिंह चौहान से मुलाकात की कर्मचारियों ने कहा कि कंपनी प्रबंधन लंबे समय से मनमानी कर रहा है प्रबंधन द्वारा श्रम कानून के नियम कायदों का भी उल्लंघन किया जा रहा है कर्मचारी कहना था कि उनका मानदेय काफी समय से नहीं बढ़ा रहा है और उन्हें बाकि सुविधाएं भी नहीं दी जा रही हैं कर्मचारियों ने कहा कि जब तक मानदेय नहीं बढ़ाया जाएगा तब तक वह कंपनी में हड़ताल रखेंगे इस दौरानकर्मचारियों ने तहसीलदार को ज्ञापन सौपा तहसीलदार ने मामले की जांच कर निवारण करने का भरोसा दिया है

The employees said that the company management has been acting arbitrarily for a long time.The rules and regulations of labor law are also being violated by the management. The employees said that their honorarium is not being increased for a long time and they are also not being given other facilities. The employees said that until the honorarium is not increased,Till then they will continue the strike in the company. During this time the employees submitted a memorandum to the Tehsildar. The Tehsildar has assured to investigate the matter and resolve it.
