कोसीकला कोटवन स्थित इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया की एक कंपनी मजदूरों को मेहनताना भुगतान देने के नाम पर परेशान कर रही है।
कोसीकलां नवीपुर कोटवन इंडस्ट्रियल एरिया स्थित singhal sintered pvt कंपनी में काम करने वाले करीब पच्चीस तीस मजदूर वेतन न मिलने से परेशान हैं , वेतन न मिलने से हारे थके हुए मजदूर उप जिलाअधिकारी कार्यालय छाता पहुंचे ।
जहाँ उन्होंने लिखित शिकायत कर मेहनत का पैसा दिलाए जाने की मांग की है। छाता उप जिला अधिकारी कार्यालय पर कंपनी की शिकायत करते हुए मजदूरों ने आरोप लगाते हुए बताया कि एक प्रतिष्ठित कंपनी द्वारा हमारा अक्टूबर नवंबर माह का वेतन अब तक नहीं दिया है ,जब हम कंपनी के कांट्रेक्टर एच आर से बात करते हैं, तो उनके द्वारा भुगतान के नाम पर टालमटोल करते हुए सिर्फ आश्वासन दिया जाता है। पर मजदूरी करने का पैसा नहीं देते। आज हम थक हार कर छाता स्थित अधिकारियों के कार्यालय पर अपना दर्द बयां करने के लिए आए हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि आज उप जिलाधिकारी छाता को हम सभी मजदूरों ने अपनी समस्या बताई है, और उन्होंने हमें आश्वासन दिया है। कि आप सभी का भुगतान जल्द ही कराया जाएगा। वही श्रम आयुक्त एम एल पाल से जब इस मामले को लेकर बात फोन पर बात की गई तो उन्होंने बताया कि कोसी कला के मजदूरों का मामला संज्ञान में है ,यदि शिकायत मिलेगी तो संबंधित के खिलाफ संज्ञान लेते हुए उचित कार्रवाई की जाएगी और मजदूरों को वेतन दिलाया जाएगा।
इस दौरान योगेंद्र, सतपाल, मुरारी लाल, केशव, हरिओम ,कृष्ण, नटवर, अशोक, रिंकू ,भूपेंद्र आदि लोग मौजूद थे।

While complaining about the company at the Umbrella Sub District Officer’s office, the workers alleged that a reputed company has not yet paid their salaries for the month of October and November.When we talk to the company’s contractor HR, they only give assurances while hesitating in the name of payment. But they don’t pay for labor. Today, tired and defeated, we have come to the officers’ office at Chhata to express our pain.
He said that today all of us laborers have told our problems to Deputy District Magistrate Chata, and he has given us assurance.That all of you will be paid soon. When Labor Commissioner ML Pal was talked to on phone regarding this matter, he said that the case of Kosi Kala workers is in cognizance, if complaint is received then appropriate action will be taken against the concerned and salary will be paid to the workers.
