मथुरा गोवर्धन मार्ग स्थित सिद्ध विनायक महाविद्यालय के संचालक पर महाविद्यालय निर्माण में सरकारी भूमि पर कब्जा करने का आरोप है। ग्राम पंचायत की इस भूमि से अब कब्जा हटाए जाने और इससे ग्राम पंचायत को हुई आर्थिक क्षति की वसूली के आदेश तहसीलदार गोवर्धन को कोर्ट ने दिए है। पाली ब्राह्मणान ग्राम सभा के मौजा जमुनावता स्थित सरकारी भूमि पर कब्जा का वाद वर्ष 2022-2023 में तहसील गोवर्धन में दायर किया गया। तहसीलदर कोर्ट में दायर वाद के अनुसार जतीपुरा निवासी नंदकिशोर ने राजस्व अभिलेखों में ग्राम समाज सम्पत्ति गाटा संख्या 161 रकवा 0.0840 हेक्टेयर में से 56 वर्ग मीटर पर महाविद्यालय का अवैध निर्माण किया है। इससे ग्राम सभा को 380800 रुपये की आर्थिक क्षति पहुंचाई है। इस वाद के दौरान प्रतिवादी ने उक्त जमीन पर कब्जा न किये जाने संबंधी कभी कोई साक्ष्य नहीं दिया।

The director of Siddha Vinayak College located at Mathura Govardhan Marg is accused of occupying government land for the construction of the college. Now the court has given orders to Tehsildar Govardhan to remove the encroachment from this Gram Panchayat land and to recover the financial loss caused to the Gram Panchayat.The suit for possession of government land located at Mauja Jamunavata of Pali Brahmanan Gram Sabha was filed in Tehsil Govardhan in the year 2022-2023.According to the suit filed in the Tehsildar Court, Jatipura resident Nandkishore has illegally constructed a college on 56 square meters of village society property Gata number 161 rakwa 0.0840 hectare in the revenue records.This has caused financial loss of Rs 380800 to the Gram Sabha. During this suit, the defendant never gave any evidence regarding non-possession of the said land.
