रेलवे विभाग के द्वारा यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए करोड़ों रुपए खर्च कर के विशेष उपाय किए जा रहे हैं जिससे बुजुर्ग एवं अन्य यात्रियों को किसी प्रकार की कोई परेशानी ना हो ,इसी को ध्यान में रखते हुए रेलवे प्रशासन के द्वारा मथुरा जंक्शन रेलवे स्टेशन पर लगभग आधा दर्जन लिफ्ट लगाई जा रही है जिससे यात्री अपने सामान सहित लिफ्ट के माध्यम से पुल के द्वारा एक प्लेटफार्म से दूसरे प्लेटफार्म पर जा सके। इसी के चलते मथुरा रेलवे स्टेशन के गेट नंबर 2 पर तो एक लिफ्ट पूर्व से ही लगी हुई है लेकिन अब हर प्लेटफार्म पर लिफ्ट लगाने का कार्य प्रारंभ हो चुका है। बगैर लिफ्ट के यात्रियों को भारी भरकम सामान सिर पर रखकर एवं कुलियों के माध्यम से पुल के द्वारा जाना पढ़ता था और यात्रियों को काफी परेशानी भी होती थी लेकिन अब सन 2025 के शुरू होते ही लिफ्ट सुविधा यात्रियों को मिलना प्रारंभ हो जाएगी । इस संबंध में जानकारी देते हुए एरिया मैनेजर एनपी सिंह ने बताया है कि यात्रियों की सुविधा के लिए हर प्लेटफार्म पर लिफ्ट लगाई जा रही है और जिसका कार्य प्रगति पर है।

Keeping this in mind, the Railway Administration has set up almost Half a dozen lifts are being installed So that passengers along with their luggage can go from one platform to another through the bridge via lift. Due to this, a lift is already installed at Gate No. 2 of Mathura Railway Station, but now the work of installing lifts on every platform has started. Without lift, the passengers had to go through the bridge with heavy luggage on their heads and through porters and the passengers had to face a lot of trouble but now as soon as the year 2025 starts, passengers will start getting the lift facility.Giving information in this regard, Area Manager NP Singh has said that for the convenience of passengers, lifts are being installed on every platform and the work of which is in progress.
